Drop-Off and Pick-Up Service:

We offer a Pick-up and Drop-off service for a Fee of $30.  The Computer Pick-up and Drop-off service does not include any time disconnecting or connecting the computer.  We expect you to have the computer completely disconnected for us to bring the computer to the shop.  If you would like us to disconnect or reconnect your computer an additional  fee of $50 will apply.

Monday - Saturday - 10am - 9pm

Carry-In Services:

•	Desktop Diagnostics: $40                                    Laptop Diagnostics: $60 We will determine what is the exact cause of the problem on your computer.  In order for us to Repair the computer we will scan you computer's hardware and software to pin point the exact problem. Estimated Time: 1 - 1.5 hours
•	PC Cleaning: $20                                                    Laptop Cleaning: $80 We will take your computer or laptop apart and clean the dust build up inside your computer.  Dust build up can cause your system to over heat and cause permanent damage.  Estimated Computer Repair Time:  30 minutes to 1 hour.
•	Memory Upgrade: $20 We can upgrade memory in your computer or laptop and test it to ensure it is fully compatible for your system:  Estimated Repair Time: 30 minutes.
•	System Tune Up: $99 We will remove all unnecessary software from your computer, clean up the registry, remove programs from start-up to free up memory, defragment your hard drive, apply over 150 registry tweaks, apply latest updates from Microsoft.  Estimated Repair time 1 to 1.5 hours.
•	Diagnostics + Repair + Data Backup: $199 (Gold Package) Computer will run like new After we are done performing this service your computer will run like new.  You will have all your original data (Pictures, Music, Documents, etc).  We will install up to 3 software titles such as Microsoft Office, Quickbooks etc.  Customer must provide the CDs/DVDs to install the software.  Estimated Computer Repair Time: 2.5 - 3 hours
•	Diagnostics + Repair + Data Backup + Internet Security: $249 (Platinum Package) Computer will run like new + Internet Security This Service includes everything in our Gold Package and also includes complete Internet Security (Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware, Anti-Fraud / Phishing, Firewall, Latest Security updates by Microsoft. Estimated Computer Repair Time: 3 hours
•	Diagnostics + Repair + Data Backup + Internet Security + Performance Tweak: $299 (Enhanced Platinum Package) Computer will run better than new This service includes everything in our platinum package but also includes our performance tweak with over 150 registry enhancements. Estimated Computer Repair Time 3 to 3.5 hours
•	Data Migration: $119 We will transfer your data from one computer to another computer.  We can also transfer your files to DVDs.  This package includes data backup of up to 5gb.  Every GB after is at an additional charge of $10/gb. Estimated Data Migration Time: 1 to 1.5 hours
•	Data Recovery: $349 We will attempt to recover your data from a bad hard drive or any media.  If your system no longer boots into windows or files we will restore all your data to a DVD / External Hard Drive. Estimated Data Recovery time: Depends on state of drive
•	Hardware Install: $40 If you would like to upgrade your computer with a better video card, sound card, etc. This price is for desktop computers. Estimated Computer Repair Time: 30 minutes.
•	Desktop Motherboard Install: $100    Laptop Motherboard Install: $120 We will replace the motherboard in your system and reconnect and test everything to ensure everything is working correctly.  Estimated Computer Repair Time: 1.5 hours
•	Laptop LCD Replacement: $100 Replace your Laptop's damaged or broken LCD with a new LCD. Estimated Repair Time: 1 to 1.5 hours.
•	Laptop Keyboard Replacement: $60 Replace your laptop's keyboard.  Estimated Laptop Repair Time: 45 minutes.
•	Laptop DC Jack Repair: $329 Solder a new DC Jack on your laptop's motherboard.  Estimated Repair Time: 3 - 4 hours
