•	Diagnostics - $80 We will determine the exact cause of the problem on your computer.  In order for us to Repair the computer we will scan you computer's hardware and software to pin point the exact problem. Estimated Time: 1 - 1.5 hours
•	Diagnostics + Repair - $259 We will repair your computer by removing any virus and spyware from it.  We will ensure that the computer is running the optimal performance once the repair is complete.  The system will run like new.  This charge is for labor only and does not include the cost of replacement parts. Estimated Time for repair: 2.5 hours
•	Data Backup - $99 We will backup your data on an external media.  After the repair is complete transfer it back on to the computer.  The data backup includes music, pictures, movies, documents, favorites, and business files up to 5gb. Additional data is $10/gb. Estimated Time: 1 - 2 hours
•	Internet Security - $80 We will install anti-virus and anti-spyware protection on your computer. We will also install and configure your firewall.  The latest security updates and patches will be installed to insure your computer is protected from the latest threats.  Estimated Time: 2 hours
•	Wireless Network Setup - $129 We will setup a secure wireless network.  We will configure and connect up to 2 computers to the wireless network. All additional computers or printers will be billed at $49 per device.  Estimated Time: 1.25 hours.
•	Advanced Network Setup - $299 We will setup your wireless network and configure it to connect to up to 5 devices.  The devices can include computers or printers.  We will setup secure network file sharing and setup shared printers.  Estimated Time: 2.5 hour
•	Diagnostics + Repair + Data Backup + Security - $349 Computer will run like new (You save $89 with this deal) This package deal will allow us to pin point the exact problem with your computer, repair the computer also backup and restore the files after the computer is repaired.  Estimated Time for Repair:  3.5 hours.
•	Half-Day Onsite Technician - $400 This package includes 4 hours of labor onsite for any repair or network issue.  We will dedicate a tech for up to 4 hours just for your project.     We will repair as many computers as we can and troubleshoot or setup network devices.
•	Full-Day Onsite Technician - $800 This package includes 8 hours of labor onsite for any repair or network issue.  We will dedicate a tech for up to 8 hours just for your project.  We will repair as many computers as we can and troubleshoot or setup network devices.
•	Hourly Rate: - $100 All onsite support issues are billed at $100 / hr.  The packages above are billed at flat rate regardless of how much time it takes us.

Note: Any repairs which require parts to be replaced, there will be extra charge for the cost of the part.
