Computer Repair Service

After we have Diagnosed the problem and determined what is necessary to repair the problem we will begin the computer repair process.

Virus and Spyware Infected System

Removal Repair Process
If our technician determines that the viruses and spyware can be removed 100% we will attempt to repair the system and remove all viruses and spyware from the computer.  Once the computer is cleaned we will ensure that there is proper protection on the system to protect you from future virus / spyware threats.  Please see our Internet Security service for fees and details.

Format Repair Process
If we determine that the computer is beyond the "removal repair" process.  We will then completely remove everything from the computer (a system format).  We will confirm if there is any data that needs to be backed up.  If you would like us to backup the data we would perform our Data Backup Service. There will be additional charge for the data backup service. Once we have completely reinstalled the operating system we will install up to 3 applications of your choice.  We will connect the computer back to the internet and also connect any printers etc.  We can also offer our Internet Security service at an additional fee.  

Corrupted Operating System
A non bootable system due to corrupted operating system files.  We will attempt to repair the computer by restoring the corrupted files.  If this is not successful we will proceed with our Format and Repair Process

Hardware Failure

If there is a hardware failure we will replace the faulty hardware.  There will be extra fees for the  replacement cost of the hardware part.  The labor will be included in the repair service.
